Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the collection and assembly of materials for proposals and SOQs; prepare proposal materials by writing drafts of the project organization, related experience, and qualifications sections.
  • Prepare and maintain marketing materials including qualifications, project sheets, resumes, business certificates, and company promotional presentations.
  • Prepare company presentations and other material for client interviews.
  • Update and maintain client and project database in company CRM.
  • Track and research project opportunities and take part in go/no-go decisions.
Skills and Capabilities
  • Experience with desktop publishing including Adobe InDesign, Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.
  • Detail oriented with ability to demonstrate both excellent communication skills in written, verbal, and visual forms.
  • Ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, forward thinking, and highly organized with demonstrated proficiency in creating marketing materials.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to identify, seek needed information, and work under time constraints.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to work in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Post secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, or Equivalent Level of Experience.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional marketing experience with engineering firms, or similar professional services (A/E/C firms).
  • Social Media Marketing experience.

    Wage
    $35-$38/HR - Actual compensation for successful candidates will be carefully determined based on several factors, including their skills, qualifications and experience
